Scapa Red Stucco tape (Polyflex® 234) is a single coated UV resistant, heavy-duty, 4.5 mil polyethylene film tape with 2.5 mil pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive. Conformable film offers polyethylene backing that does not degrade with exposure to UV light, leaves no residue upon removal, and maintains watertight seal in all weather conditions. Polyflex 234 is a premium stucco masking tape for masking of windows and doors in stucco applications. Also is ideal for greenhouse repair, agricultural bagging and shrink wrapping applications.The tape removes cleanly within 30 days. Bright red film tape applies clear.
Scapa Stucco Tape can be applied over gypsum board, wood, metal, styrene and polyethylene surfaces to form an air and vapor barrier in the EIFS/Stucco system. Red Stucco Tapes are designed to stick securely and tear easily for fast and efficient prep for buildings before the stucco application starts. Stucco Tape is red so as to easily distinguish it from Masking, Painters, Electrical, and Duct Tapes. Stucco Tapes can be used on Wood, Masonry, Metals, Vinyl, Stucco, and Painted surfaces. Stucco Tapes are often used around door and window frames to protect from damage during construction. It can also be used as masking to protect from dust, debris, and over spray.
