This particular cart comes with grid shelves made up of mats, which are designed for easy removal. Once removed, the mats are easy to hand wash or run through the dish machine. Plus, because they're vented, the mats provide proper airflow around supplies.
It includes a set of casters to enable mobility. 2 of the casters are swivel for easy maneuverability through cramped back-of-house spaces, while the other 2 casters feature brakes to secure the unit in place for stationary applications. Casters are made of polyurethane and are designed for heavy loads and resist most chemicals. They're also non-marking and suitable for virtually any floor type.
